Another moment trial moment:

Prosecutor brought up that she has been testifying for 10 days, and she CORRECTED him saying it was 9, and then she tries to cover up (because he keeps mocking her "I don't remembers" about the actual murder) by saying she only remembered because someone told her, to which he replies... oh so you are going to correct the prosecutor on something that someone else has told you?....

Juan seems a little all over the board again today at least at the first. And Jodi...did she really tell somebody that she wanted her kids to play with Travis' kids? Like...she wants her kids at a pedophile's house?

I've also never understood what the sex has to do with anything. And all the details...really? necessary? I'm beginning to think this particuar court system is off its rocker. Why would Jodi's lawyer want to establish Jodi's loose morals? Her down and dirty dealings with every man in town. Is he nuts?

I'm not getting a lot of this but anyhow, Jodi is still holding her own. I think she might want to come away from all this with just a little sympathy for having had to kill that wonderful man she so loved.... I wonder when Juan's going to ask her why she feels so bad and shameful about defending herself.

Prosecutor showing 48 Hour program that Jodi was on and spouting all kinds of lies in her tiny, little girls, soft voice: That one day all will be known, who killed Travis, If I were the family I would want to know who killed my brother, I would want to know how it happened, etc. Sent grandmother who raised them flowers and sympathy card/letter - writing they are in her prayers and always would be.

She is saying "someone else encouraged her to write the letter," prosecutor accusing her of not taking responsibility once again. Jodi says it was ultimately her choice to write the letter.

I agree that at times the prosecutor gets unnecessarily bogged down and going back and forth with Jodi about really inconsequential details. The harping on the sex is a mystery to me, too. Also, notice there really is NOTHING from Jodi about "abuse." When I think what some women have honestly endured, it really angers me.

To me, Jodi held it together better on the Thursday, the first day of cross, than today.

4:13 p.m. ET: Arias and Martinez are discussing the incident in March 2008 when she claims Alexander hit her while they were driving down a freeway in Arizona. Martinez claimed this was a lie, and the incident never happened. He is now showing her one of her journal entries from March 2008.

4:11 p.m. ET: Martinez is walking Arias Arias through times she said Alexander physically abused her.

Martinez asked, "Seems like you were into the sex as much as he was, right?"

"Yes," replied Arias.

4:35 p.m. ET:

Martinez said, "It doesn’t talk anything about getting hit on the side of the head with the hand, does it?."

Arias repeatedly says the journal only mentions part of what happened that day.

4:34 p.m. ET:

Martinez asked, "Is phone sex ok or not?"

"It’s not ok for our religion," replied Arias.
