Perhaps the doctor who is assigned to her at the psych ward will get on the stand. I can't see her claiming she wants death a mitigating factor. I heard some lawyer say a lot of these people claim they want death in the beginning, but usually change their minds.

On Nancy Grace. at the bottom of the screen, it says she has a new man. I don't know if this is a re run. It also says he visited her in jail.

Nothing in her childhodd or while she was growing up is a mitigating factor. No abuse, alcohol, drugs according to her from her lawyer. I don't think the spoon counts.

On looking back, I don't think ANYTHING IT SAYS is true. Maybe a wee bit woven into her lies.

I don't know how long the courts can wait before the aggravation phase. I hope a doctor in the psych ward doesn't delay the hearing because of her fragile mental condition. If she refuses to cooperate with her attorneys, then what?

Her mother sure looked in good spirits leaving the Lower Buckeye Jail. She was all smiles for the camera.

Beth Karas raised a good question tonight. How was Jodi able to make that call last Sunday night and leave such a long message. Jail calls are collect.

She plans on looking into whether it was a third party call, or as someone mentioned to me, it could have been a calling card.
