Why didn't she interview those people whose texts and IMs she read to find out the real story? I think she knew she wouldn't care for their answers and didn't want it on record.

I hope JM puts some on the stand. Especially the couple who introduced them.

I think this woman, like others I have known in the field, knew her way around the system at a time when Domestic Violence was just becoming known to people. She probably had some good contacts too and was able to establish herself early as an "expert."

She's really a sham, in my opinion.

I've been wanting your take on this woman, forensic! I'm floored by how we all had such a good impression of her for about a day and a half and then it slowly went downhill as the defense questioned her, then was completely shot to hell by the time Martinez got his turn with her.

I'm trying to remember who JM listed as rebuttal witnesses - but it definitely will not be Chris and Sky Hughes (that's disappointing), nor Matthew (Jodi's ex-boyfriend who said he would lie for her and is accused of the forged letters).

JM's also got someone from Walmart, the gas station in Salt Lake City, a forensic computer expert, a Cancun PPL Director...and can't remember who else (I think it's a doctor of some sort).

I watched HLN After Dark last night (I cannot take that Vinnie Politan has become such a caricature - WHAT happened to him???) and Vinnie and Mike Brooks were re-enacting the shower scene and using the pictures you mentioned, Joni.

I, too, was baffled at how only 1 minute later, according to the picture time stamp, Travis went from the full on face of despair picture to the one where he is slumped??

When Mike Brooks demonstrated how she held the camera in her right hand and probably reached around into the shower and stabbed him with her left hand - it did kind of make sense....but the space is so small and awkward and Travis was not small. I just can't imagine what kind of strength was fueled by her fury and what did it take and how long did it take for her to build herself up to such proportions??

I heard this - from out of the room - that the female lawyer was giving a signal to L. but CAUGHT!!! Then in one motion - decided to brush her hair back - nice "save". Anyone know anything about this? I didn't see it. Not supposed to "signal" or direct a witness on the stand - I don't think ...

Remote I remember Ryan said she is VERY strong! I do think she is FUELED by her insanity/mind or lack thereof. I have heard of mother's lifting cars off of their child. This driven creep would drive to see/spy on Travis after her shift of work I heard. 1000 miles?

I am sad that the defense took SO much time - they wore down the jury. Juan suffers because of it I feel. THEY are making this trial take forever, not Juan. He deserves his time, for his "style".

Alyce found JodiArias to be credible and believable. Juan says "you mean truthful right?". Alyce can't answer with a yes or no.

Is Jodi as smart as Einstein? Did she say she was? Anyone know her IQ? Was she tested?

1:07 p.m. ET: Martinez wants to know how LaViolette accessed whether Arias was lying to benefit herself. LaViolette said she evaluated other corroborating information to verify her stories.

1:05 p.m. ET: LaViolette is on the stand, and Martinez is asking her about how she found Arias to be believable when she was interviewing her.

12:49 p.m. ET: Judge Sherry Stephens announced she will conduct a meeting in her chambers with Arias and her attorneys. It is not clear when testimony will pick back up now.

12:45 p.m. ET: The attorneys are at a sidebar with the judge. Testimony should begin any minute.

When LaViolette said that yesterday, Jodi said, "no." (I lip read). But I'll bet she did brag about having the IQ of Einstein. I looked up yesterday and it was never established what Einstein's IQ actually was - he never took a test and/or there was never a test at that time. LaViolteete apparently did give Jodi an IQ test.

But they estimated Einstein's IQ to be 140-160.
