Do you all notice how Juan rarely asks a direct question? Of course he always knows the answer anyway.

For example, instead of asking "Do you score the tests?"

Juan says "And you don't score the tests" :slap

Which is a statement but the witnesses answer him anyway. lol.

He just kills me. :86

The poor jurors. To add insult to injury, all of this discussion has NOTHING to do with the murder. Wasting their time.

I'm glad Juan is hitting on the points that were pissing me off like Geffner telling the jury DeMarte lacked training. Also the head trauma.

Counsel is at the bench. Jurors not back yet. Media section has cleared out pretty much except the die hards.
