chick and take her instead, she already knew what she would do, if he didn't. She didn't pack for a road trip to Utah, she
packed for a trip to Cancun with Travis. She sexed him, but he still said no. She was ready to answer back.

Evidence in the desert is a top concern among HLN lawyers. Why not bring the gun in out of the desert and prove it belongs to Travis Alexander. If it's true like she says, she would be vindicated of premeditation, probably. If the defense wanted to save her anal ass,
they'd find the gun, because even through her effing fog, she knows where that stuff is.

Her endless talking IS sinking her, but as it was progressing today, I started to think that maybe she was doing a good job of "humanizing" herself to the jury - that maybe she was showing them tha aside for that ONE episode, she really is a person just like them (the coupon clipping especially).

To the point that maybe they WON'T want to give the death penalty but will be satisfied with the punishment of life in prison?

The questions, with the exception of a few, for the most part were good. It shows they are on the ball and have noticed even the small details - like the part about her Helio phone she said she lost but then later said she had taken pictures with it during the time frame she had previously said it was lost. The question didn't go far enough to flesh out the exact contradiction in her testimony, but it was enough for me to see they are really paying attention to details.

Something else I noticed about the questions......seems at least one of the jurors or more have perhaps heard the talking heads or had access to some kind of media because some of those questions are exactly the same we viewers have been asking.

If, on the other hand, they are their questions, then they really are onto Arias.

I sure missed a lot today! Great questions from the jury. They seem on the ball. From the questions, it seems to me that they are not buying her story! (However, it only takes one ...)

One of the requirements to be a good liar is you must have a great memory and this question by a juror made me laugh:

I was thinking that also. I don't think there is anyway to know if some jurors didn't ask any questions.

Remote, a lot of the questions I've heard or you guys have posted have me laughing (they are not being fooled by her) and very hopeful, but there's always the fear of that one juror!!

At least they don't seem anything like the CMA jurors!

Her lying circular logic is mind boggling. When asked about the gun, Jodi had said Travis told her it wasn't loaded. Yet in her "panic" to get away from Travis chasing her through the closet, she decides to take the time to get the unloaded gun. When asked WHY from the jurors, she says she thought that by just pointing it at him, he would stop.

Helloooo, isn't it supposed to be Travis' gun? Didn't he KNOW it wasn't loaded?? Why would he be scared and stop? Wow.
