Since crimes involving Coleman and Chris Newsom's murder and torture were found "Not Guilty" at first trial AND pretrial hearing specifically excluded retrying those matters... it is hard to see the relevance of this detailed evidence involving Newsom's murder and torture.
It can not be totally ignored of course.. it was part of the whole horror... but specifics, apparently were not linked to Coleman the first time around... even if they were this time...... Unfortunately Coleman is no longer charged with crimes relating to Newsom
