(DOB: December 20th, 1982) Boyfriend of co-conspirator Vanessa Coleman (Nicknames: Nessie, Nessa) Half-brother of co-conspirator and alleged ring leader LeMaricus Davidson Previous criminal history: New York - convicted of attempted 3rd degree robbery From Kentucky, but moved in with his brother, Davidson, in the weeks prior to the incident. Originally faced 46 charges. Plead guilty to the charges of the rape of Channon Christian. Found guilty by a jury of 33 counts - out of 38. Jury decided against the death penalty..and therefore, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. |
