Hi. I saw a documentary about Tim Miller's daughter Laura. Serial killer ... When I think how nasty Cindy A. was to him, throwing him out of her house, calling him a drunk ... Tim started drinking when Laura was missing, then killed. Anybody would! Might have been his only child I think. Look what Tim Miller is doing. Many documentaries on I.D. mentioin that Texas Equusearch was helping to search. Look at what Cindy Anthony does. Sets up bogus "Foundations" so she doens't have to pay taxes when she gets more money talking about the death of her poor Granddollar. Honesly, I don't know the words!! ![]() |

Casey Anthony attorneys in court this morning in EquuSearch suit By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel 10:19 a.m. EST, June 1, 2012 Attorneys for Casey Anthony appeared before a judge this morning for a hearing in lawsuit brought by Texas EquuSearch, a group that organized searches for Anthony's daughter, 2-year-old Caylee. The search group had asked Circuit Judge Lisa T. Munyon to appoint a special master to oversee the deposition of Tim Miller, EquuSearch's founder. Munyon did not rule on the motion at the hearing this morning. Much of the latest hearing focused on whether Miller will be deposed as an individual or in his corporate role and whether the deposition will take place in Texas or Orlando, with the latter appearing more likely. .....more at link http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/201 ... arch-group |

Casey Anthony's bankruptcy filing frustrates founder of Texas Equusearch by Doug Miller / KHOU 11 News Posted on January 27, 2013 at 11:21 PM Updated today at 7:42 AM HOUSTON - The latest twist to the strange story of Casey Anthony has frustrated the founder of a non-profit in the Houston area that’s suing her for damages. Anthony, the Florida mother infamously accused and acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee in a sensational trial, has filed for bankruptcy protection. Her petition claims she owes almost $800,000 to about 80 creditors, with about $500,000 of it owed to her lead defense attorney. But the bankruptcy filing in federal court also basically freezes all lawsuits filed against her in state courts, including a suit filed by Texas Equusearch, a non-profit group that helps law enforcement authorities hunt for missing people. “We did a massive search for little Caylee,” said Tim Miller, the Santa Fe man who founded the group. “And we had over 4200 volunteers come in from all over the country. Equusearch itself spent a little over $119,000 on that search.” ...more at link http://www.khou.com/news/local/Casey-An ... 07491.html |

Poor Tim. So many people have suffered because of her (and the other fingers) lies and she has yet to take responsibility for her actions. And... she wonders why she's hated? ![]() |

Search group objects to Casey Anthony's bankruptcy discharge Texas Equusearch: Casey Anthony's lies cost more than $100,000. By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel 3:40 p.m. EDT, May 6, 2013 Another debtor is fighting Casey Anthony's attempt to clean her financial slate through bankruptcy: Texas Equusearch, the search-and-recovery group that looked for Anthony's daughter in 2008. Texas Equusearch is suing Anthony in state court, alleging that she wasted the group's time and money with a fruitless search for 2-year-old Caylee, who Anthony knew was actually dead. Now, the group has filed a federal suit objecting to Anthony's recent Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. "As a direct result of [Anthony's] false representations and omissions," Equusearch spent over $100,000 searching for Caylee, and turned down more than 15 requests for help from other families, the new court paperwork says. ....more at link http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/loc ... 3221.story |

I'm glad Tim Miller is still fighting for what's right. I think he should also sue Cindy and George for wasting his time and resources. |

Well of course, according to Casey Anthony the little girl was never 'missing' in the first place (cause she knew exactly what had happened to her). I've not reached a point in that trial yet, which tells me Cindy and George Anthony were involved in that disappearance so I'll not comment on that part, but today I found this in the Orlando Sentinal. It looks to me as if no matter which way we turn in this case - this Casey Anthony gets off with everything, but will she live a relaxed and peaceful life - of course she won't. It's my belief she will be forever looking over her shoulder - I hope she's satisfied with the lives she has ruined. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/loc ... e-anthony/ |

I just can't understand how there is always someone willing to help her or protect her, instead of holding her accountable for her actions. IMO, they are not doing her, her friends and family or the public any favors. |

MM I cannot understand it either, and I agree with you. But, although she wasn't sent to prison, she's not free as she is very recognizable so this is a woman who will constantly be looking over her shoulder - I'm glad because she can't relax. |

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Casey Anthony has reached a settlement in her bankruptcy case with a Texas search group that helped look for her missing 2-year-old daughter. Texas Equusearch Mounted Search and Recovery will be allowed to have an unsecured claim of $75,000 in Anthony's bankruptcy case under the terms of the settlement filed late last week in federal bankruptcy court in Tampa. The search group won't be entitled to any other claims and won't be allowed any further dealings in the case. The group had objected to the bankruptcy, claiming it spent more than $100,000 searching for the girl in 2008. Attorneys for the group said Anthony knew her daughter was already dead. Anthony was acquitted of murder in the death. She filed for bankruptcy in January. |

Judge approves Casey Anthony's settlement with Texas EquuSearch Settlement doesn't require Anthony to admit liability. By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel 10:41 a.m. EST, November 26, 2013 Casey Anthony's bankruptcy judge has approved her settlement with Texas EquuSearch, the search-and-recovery group that scoured Central Florida for her daughter in 2008. Under the terms of the settlement, filed for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May's approval in October, EquuSearch agreed to drop its complaint, which objected to Anthony's Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Anthony agreed to allow EquuSearch to claim $75,000 as a creditor. However, it appears unlikely EquuSearch will get much, if any, of that money. The group may get a portion of whatever Anthony's bankruptcy trustee can find in her estate, but the rest of the $75,000 debt is now set to be wiped away when her bankruptcy concludes. Anthony's January bankruptcy filing listed more than $792,000 in debt, and less than $1,100 in assets. The settlement, approved by May on Monday, does not require Anthony to admit liability. ....more at link http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/loc ... 6450.story |

Casey Anthony Wins In Court Against Texas EquuSearch, Which Funded The Search For Caylee The Huffington Post | By Simon McCormack Posted: 07/03/2013 11:13 am EDT Casey Anthony appeared to score a partial victory in bankruptcy court on Tuesday when a judge granted her request to dismiss charges brought by the company who helped search for her daughter in 2008. But Texas EquuSearch Founder, Tim Miller, told The Huffington Post he is "fairly happy" with Tuesday's proceedings. EquuSearch claims it spent $100,000 searching for Anthony’s daughter, Caylee, according to NBC News. Anthony originally said Caylee was missing. Once the child was found, Anthony claimed her daughter died in her family's swimming pool. Anthony was found not guilty of killing Caylee in July 2011. ...more at link http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/0 ... 40943.html |
