Goodson, White Attorneys Weigh In On Trial Delay Thursday, January 14, 2016 Robert Lang, WBAL NewsRadio 1090 [....} Meanwhile, the attorneys for the next officer that is supposed to go on trial, Sgt. Alicia White, have filed papers requesting a hearing, noting they were not present when Porter was ordered to testify. Prosecutors also want to put Porter on the stand in that case.
