Mosby promises an oxymoron. To the hoodlums, youth, thugs, whatever you call them, carrying pocket knife simulations of switchblades and dispensing dirty heroin needles somewhere (follows the trail of heroin use), she promises their safety in a newer day. Safety, from whom, exactly? The police?? It’s the same hoodlums causing riots and burning down innocent businesses, of non-black enterprises.

She really ought to listen to herself speak, because as a prosecutor, Mosby is promising hoodrats safety from the police, the very same HOODRATS who are damaging livelihood and property to the city of Baltimore. Maybe Mrs. Mosby should try to promise them safety from themselves since she is such an awesome promiser and miracle worker, she could have prevented Freddy from gagging on his own bags of heroine when caught. He ran because he possessed illicit drug items most likely. Eventually passed out and hit his head. If he normally was cooperative in a police van, then it was a sequence of unfortunate consequences beginning with trading drugs. Either he couldn’t completely get the bags down his throat or the heroin started to overwhelm his physique, he was thereby agitated, and finally fainted hitting his head. I highly doubt all 6 attending police officers would have ignored a real medical emergency if Fred was already passed out each time they checked on him.

Then again, these officers are not all rocket scientists nor seers. Fred was not belted, but he was restrained to the best of their abilities. Fred was unpredictable and self-destructive beyond the reasonable management and know how of the officers. Perhaps Mosby and her husband can quit prancing around on the walkway in fancy get ups and figure out a way to stop the self-destructive habits of drug users. Now that would be some promise! Reality bites.

Man Who Filmed Freddie Gray Video Reportedly Arrested in Baltimore
by Andrew Desiderio | 12:31 pm, May 1st, 2015

Image

Kevin Moore, the man who filmed 25-year-old Freddie Gray‘s arrest, was reportedly arrested in Baltimore on Thursday night, according to a Facebook post from “We Cop Watch,” a group that routinely films police activity.

Moore, who is said to have cooperated with police and turned over the video, claimed he was targeted after the police asked the public to identify him. They allegedly released his photo and told the public that he was “wanted for questioning.”

The Facebook post linked to a Counter Current News article claiming Moore was arrested along with Cop Watch activists Chad Johnson and Tony White. The group also asked for help from lawyers. Moore was apparently released overnight, but Johnson and White are still in custody:

EXPLOSIVE – The Curious Case Of Freddie Gray’s Paddy Wagon Companion – Baltimore Prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby, Manipulating The Media
Posted on May 2, 2015 by sundance

Image

On April 29th the Washington Post ran an explosive article highlighting information from a passenger who was inside the transport vehicle at the same time Freddie Gray was driven toward central booking. According to the Washington Post source: Freddie Gray was intentionally “trying to injure himself“.

On April 30th local Baltimore media outlet WBAL-TV introduced Donta Allen, a person they claimed was the passenger in the transport vehicle.

However, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON.

Our research indicates the office of Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, used or allowed one of her deputy State Attorneys, Janice Bledsoe (who was in charge of the investigation as assigned by Marilyn Mosby), to willfully and intentionally place a false story using Bledsoe’s lover, WBAL-TV reporter Jayne Miller, and thereby create a fictitious story to imply Donta Allen as the passenger outlined in the Washington Post story.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The full story: The Washington Post does not specifically name the passenger who heard Freddie Gray attempting to injure himself. However, they do provide details as to the identity – details we can independently confirm (emphasis mine).

Freddie Gray’s Knife – Why is Prosecutor Claiming Unlawful Arrest?

Posted by Andrew Branca Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 10:35am

Is Prosecutor Mosby correct that Gray’s arrest was unlawful because knife was legal?

A new talking point claiming that Freddie Gray’s original arrest was unlawful has arisen, propelled by the claim yesterday by Prosecutor Mosby that the knife seized from Gray by police was legal to possess in Maryland.

As reported by the New York Times:
Ms. Mosby faulted the police conduct at every turn. The officers who arrested him “failed to establish probable cause for Mr. Gray’s arrest, as no crime had been committed,” she said, describing the arrest as illegal. Officers accused him of possession of a switchblade, but Ms. Mosby said, “The knife was not a switchblade and is lawful under Maryland law.

These statements are remarkably insensible coming from someone who has attained the position of state prosecutor.

Driver Charged With Freddie Gray’s Murder Claims He Pleaded, But Is Still Haunted Every Night
By Lawrence Bonk (19 hours ago)

The evolving narrative in Baltimore received a new wrinkle today when all 6 officers involved in the death of Freddie Gray were arrested and charged, to varying degrees, with murder.

The driver of the police van in which Gray sustained the injuries that ultimately led to his death faces the most jail-time, however.

Caesar Goodson is being charged with “second-degree ‘depraved heart murder.” He is the only officer involved in the incident to receive the charge.

However, a source close to the Goodson family has said that the officer repeatedly insisted that his fellow officers in the van restrain Gray—pleas that went unheeded.

This, ultimately, led to Gray’s death; medical examiners recently announced that he died from head injuries suffered while in transit. Prisoners are supposed to be restrained in order to protect against unnecessary rattling which, as in this case, can lead to serious injury.

The unnamed source and friend of the Goodson family spoke to Daily Mail UK:

Lest we forget......

A reminder of how the Washington Post Described their witness, the person in the van with Ferddie... It sure as hell is NOT the 22 year old Danta Allen rolled out in media interviews since

Quote:
The third stop was to put the other prisoner — a 38-year-old man accused of violating a protective order — into the van. The van was then driven six blocks to the Western District station. Gray was taken from there to a hospital, where he died April 19.

The prisoner, who is in jail, could not be reached for comment. No one answered the phone at his house, and an attorney was not listed in court records.

A Baltimore Police lieutenant on a bicycle makes eye contact with Freddie Gray near the intersection of W. North Avenue and N. Mount Street. Gray “fled unprovoked,” police said, leading the lieutenant and other bicycle officers in the area to begin pursuing him.

2. 8:40-8-46 AM 1700Block of Presbury St Police pursue Gray and eventualy apprehend him two blocks away at 1700 Presbury
Gray is arrested and placed in a police transport van. Police say this is done “without force or incident,” but residents of the neighborhood describe a much more violent encounter and private video from the scene shows Gray in pain and dragging his feet.

3. 8:46 - 8:54 AM Mount St and Baker St - Police re-position Gray at Mount and Baker Streets
Police say Gray is acting “irate” in the back of the van. The van is stopped and Gray is placed in leg shackles and repositioned in the van. Residents again describe a violent encounter.

4. 8:54 - 8:59 Previuously unknown stop at Fremont Ave. and Mosher St.
Deputy Commissioner Kevin Davis said during a press conference on Thursday, April 30 that police determined that the police wagon that was transporting Gray made a previously unknown stop. Investigators scoured the area for surveillance footage and found a private camera showing the van stopped at Fremont and Mosher streets after picking up Gray, he said.

5. 8:59 AM Druid Hill Ave and Dolphin St.
As the van travels toward Central Booking, the driver again stops near the intersection of Druid Hill Avenue and Dolphin Street and calls for an officer to check on Gray. After the check, which has not been described, occurs, the van is requested to return to the 1600 block of W. North Avenue to pick up another suspect.

6. 8:59 - 9:24 AM Travel from Druid Hill and Dolphin St. to 1600 North Ave - Police pick up suspect
The van travels back to W. North Avenue and picks up a second suspect. Police have declined to identify the second suspect, saying he is now a witness in the criminal investigation.

7. 9:24 AM 1000 block of N. MounT St, Western District Station - Police travel to Western District Station where they call paramedics.
Paramedics are called to the Western District police station, where Gray is described as being in “serious medical distress.” He is taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he dies a week later.

That would likely spend on the melanin in the bus driver's skin and the child's skin.

This case reminds me too much of the Zimmerman case and Mosby is acting in the same regard as Corey when it comes to the charges. I think Mosby is also overcharging in hopes to get one or more of the officers to take a plea deal. In many ways I hope this blows up in her face and she has to deal with acquittals just like Corey did.

Those dancing in the street are celebrating far too soon in this case and more than likely will be back in the riot, burn and loot mode in the end.
