IF its not a spoof... then I sure as hell hope they got blood sample.... he refused to give a sample his previous big accident, and so avoided DUI charges... he needs to have his drugged-up state noted this time... new charges on top of what he already faces.. and this stuff brought up at his upcoming trial... or has he already pleaded guilty??
