It is as bad as.. no much worse than... the original "accident" and damage he caused/has not paid restitution for.

There's some serious bullshit games happening on this.

Case 1422-CR03855 (misdemeanor assault) no updates for scheduled June 29th trial before Judge Paula Perkins after reassignment from Judge Mullen Docket

Case 1422-CR 04314-01 (felony driving suspended/revoked) Judge Mullen objected to OR bond in March is now okay with 10% and a ordering defendant taken into custody vs issuing Warrant on 7/13

My take on that is Attorney contacted court and agreed to surrender client so why is Judge Noble allowing 10% today?

Brendan Roediger is listed on two open cases but he nor anyone else from St. Louis Univ Law Clinic nor any attorney is listed for case 1522-CR 02825. So ...WTF kind of shady shit is happening here? Where is PA...asleep or out to fucking lunch?
