BREAKING: Mike Brown Autopsy “Expert” Is NOT A DOCTOR – Has Degree in NON-EXISTENT MEDICAL FIELD (Video)
Posted by Jim Hoft on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, 10:09 AM

Oh, good grief!
The self-proclaimed expert who held a national press conference on the Mike Brown shooting is NOT A DOCTOR.

Image

He holds a degree in a NON-EXISTENT MEDICAL FIELD.

Dr. Parcells introduced the “magic bullet” theory at the press conference this week.

Missouri cop was badly beaten before shooting Michael Brown, says source
By Hollie McKay
Published August 20, 2014, FoxNews.com

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department's top brass told FoxNews.com.

“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.”

According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said.

I have to ask ...

The other night when Ron Johnson was asked about the shooting of the guy supposedly with the knife, he was asked why no taser was used. His reply was that the police have a right to defend themselves. This is the video of that shooting...

Here's my question, after watching that video do you believe the police were in as much danger for their lives as Darren Wilson was for his? Why no DOJ involvement in this shooting? Why isn't Sharpton, Jackson, Crump, Parks saying anything about this? What about justice for this guy? This guy has more rights for justice than Brown does. This guy had a mental illness and he didn't beat the hell out of anyone prior to being shot dead. Why haven't people in the black community there not rally for this guy? I'm actually more upset that this guy was shot and killed than I am Brown. These cops who were not injured by this guy, have a right to defend themselves yet Wilson who is beaten by Brown, has no right to defend himself at all. This makes no friggin sense to me.

I agree that it is clear from the little we know that Darren Wilson (ALONE) had far more reason to shoot than those TWO Cops in not much danger... but.....

As a general rule: "Don't fuck with cops" Don't fuck with armed cops" "Don't fuck with armed cops with their guns out"

It is hard to fathom WHY Darren Wilson shooting has been adopted as a cause, while this one has not.

My guess is the blame lies largely with Dorian Johnson and the initial BS story about "hands Up".. from there the Mob then the professional BGI Schemers.

The difference is probably because this one's family hasn't hired Crump.

That is a HUGE difference now, but even before Crump it was a big deal....Mob protest etc.

It was the whole initial story about unarmed child.. hands up surrendering. I think that is down to DJ and his BS version of events.

Crump came in because there was already the seeds of unrest.. he just hooked on to it and played on what was already there... that is what Crump does.

Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown The Similarities Continue To Mount – 51 Identical Aspects and Counting…
Posted on August 21, 2014 by sundance

As attorneys’ Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump continue to represent the family of Michael Brown, the similarities in their approach toward both the Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown shooting continue to mount. And that’s a problem, as you’ll see at the end:

Image

    • The ages of both both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were originally misreported. Trayvon was 13, then 15, then 16 and eventually 17. Mike Brown was 17 in most original reports, and then eventually 18.

    • Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were at a convenience store immediately before the shooting.

    • Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were legally represented by attorneys’ Benjamin Crump, and Daryl Parks from the Law Firm: Parks and Crump.

    • For both shootings Benjamin Crump enlisted the assistance of MSNBC and Al Sharpton.

    • Al Sharpton enlisted the AME church network, and Jamal Bryant in both shootings.

    • Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton called for the NAACP’s assistance in both shootings.

    • The New Black Panther Party involved themselves in both shootings.

    • The congressional Black Caucus involved themselves in both shootings.

Yeah don't mess with cops is the big problem but, this guy supposedly had a mental illness so he probably didn't even comprehend the don't mess with cops thing. Also him telling the cops to shoot, I think that has to do with all the protesting and riots. Maybe in his ill mind, he thought that was something he had to do. I don't know just grasping at straws. I do feel bad that he is dead. I also heard that the knife he had on him was a butter knife. Now I am not saying that is true, I actually heard that on one of the live feeds I watched last night. So take that with a grain of salt LOL

Seeing_eye, you are probably right about his family not hiring Crump

Not totally disagreeing with you, Froggie.... but as advocate for cops.

They have to make decisions under battle conditions.. get it wrong and they could be dead and/or bystanders could be dead.

"Mentally ill" or just hyped up on drugs does not make ppl less dangerous.. perhaps more dangerous without normal self preservation instincts in play. A "butter knife" could still be a lethal weapon.. and besides.. a knife is a knife.. cops can not be expected to make fine distinctions about exact details of "a knife"
As discussed with GZ case.. a THREAT of imminent danger does NOT require you wait until you are sufficiently injured, or even injured at all. SELF DEFENSE is about acting to AVOID any harm (death). Be it Cops or civilians, a person has split seconds to react.

As the saying goes " He who hesitates is lost"

Dupree: Calls for Prosecutor’s Recusal in Brown Case ‘Are Wrong, Deeply Reckless’
by Fox News Insider // Aug 20 2014 // 10:06pm
As seen on The Kelly File

Image

Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tom Dupree was on “The Kelly File” to discuss calls for St. Louis Prosecutor Robert McCulloch to recuse himself in the Michael Brown case.

McCulloch’s father, a police officer, was killed on the job by an African-American man in 1964. McCulloch has called on Gov. Jay Nixon to “man up” and decide whether or not he wants me to stay on the case.

Dupree said that people who are demanding that he recuse on that basis “are wrong, deeply reckless, and frankly irresponsible.”

“To question his integrity because his father was killed in the line of duty, to me it makes no sense,” he said.

“[There are] certain hardcore people out there that would view any outcome in this case short of indictment and conviction as illegitimate, that it would reflect the illegitimacy of the system. They don’t care about the process, they don’t care about whether the process was fair, they want a particular outcome and they’re not going to be satisfied with anything that falls short of that outcome.”

Ferguson Cop Had 'Serious Facial Injury,' Source Tells ABC News
By STEVEN PORTNOY and JIM AVILA 14 hours ago Good Morning America

The Ferguson police officer who shot and killed an unarmed teenager suffered “a serious facial injury” in the altercation before firing the fatal shots, according to a source close to the officer who spoke to ABC News today.

The characterization about Officer Darren Wilson being injured in his confrontation with Michael Brown emerged on the day that a grand jury was expected to begin hearing evidence in the shooting. Attorney General Eric Holder also visited Ferguson today, meeting with Brown's family and telling them the federal investigation would be a "fair and independent inquiry."

Before meeting with Holder, Brown's mother viewed her son's body at a local morgue for the first time since the shooting.

Brown, 18, was shot and killed by Wilson on Aug.9, and protesters have been angrily calling for Wilson's arrest and indictment since that day. Brown's mother

A source close to Wilson told ABC News that during the struggle at the patrol car, Wilson suffered “a serious facial injury.”

The injury was not described, but last week Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson said that Wilson had swelling to the side of his face.

The hospital photo of the office's facial injury is expected to be shown to the grand jury, the source said.

St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch cautioned today that a decision on whether the officer would be indicted will not come quickly. He told ABC News "our target date is the middle of October" for wrapping up the evidence and asking the jury to decide whether to charge Wilson. Grand juries typically meet one day a week.

McCulloch said the grand jury investigation will be thorough.

St. Louis Medical Examiner SLAMS Brown Family Hire
Chuck Ross
1:11 PM 08/21/2014

The chief medical examiner of St. Louis County, who performed the first autopsy on Michael Brown after he was shot on Aug. 9, says that she is concerned by one of the men hired by the Brown family to conduct its own exam.

“I can tell you absolutely that I find what Parcells does to be abysmal,” Dr. Mary Case told The Daily Caller when asked about Shawn Parcells, a Kansas-based forensic pathologist assistant. He has been accused in the past of fabricating his job title and of conducting autopsies without a license.

Parcells, along with Dr. Michael Baden, was hired last week by the Brown family to conduct an independent private autopsy. They did so, they said, because they did not trust local authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into Brown’s police shooting death.

The team released its results on Monday and determined that Brown was shot at least six times.

St. Louis *Real* Medical Examiner SLAMS Brown Family Hire Shawn Parcells For Non-Credentialed Autopsy…
Posted on August 21, 2014 by sundance

As was the case in 2012, the Parks and Crump team constructs of “media evidence”
do not pass professional scrutiny; “Baden was hoodwinked”…
