Several of the Facebook posters on supportpages I frequent are nurses and have raised an important and valid issue. If Mike Brown was shot multiple times in the arms severing muscle and tendons....... it would make it mechanically impossible for Brown to have his hands up.

According to ABC New there are hospital photographs documenting Darren Wilson's injuries and are expected to be shown to the grand jury

Political Appeasement – Ferguson Missouri Grants Amnesty For Arrest Warrants….

One of the more remarkable things witnessed last week in Ferguson Missouri was the September 9th city council meeting. A lengthy line of speakers took turns with the microphone casting aspersions toward the Mayor, and city council members.

Those who watched the meeting noticed a similar demand from two-thirds of the speakers: “lower the cost of breaking the law“.

One angry young chap stood up to say he was offended by a fine he received ($200) for spitting on a police officer. In his view the fine was limiting his constitutional freedoms. According to the heavily tattooed citizen: “I don’t have all my freedoms n shit, that’s fuckin’ bullshit”, he proclaimed.

Dozens of residents spoke of their outstanding arrest warrants which come as a result of their running afoul of municipal ordinances, city rules, or police laws. Apparently hundreds of local rioters were additionally incensed at the tickets they encountered while hurling Molotov cocktails and bricks.

Several participants asked, well, actually ‘demanded’ the City Council pardon their transgressions, “or else”. The “or else” was explained by many audience members as their intention to burn down the city if they didn’t get amnesty. The pardon team was supported by some law school students who arrived to support the amnesty demand.

Apparently the mob strategy worked, and the Ferguson City Council decided it was better to let the lawlessness reign than to attempt control over a societal construct who will burn down the town if they do not get their way.

Here's an interesting thought experiment........ How would the state of Missouri or the DOJ make a case against officer Wilson while having to deliberately exclude Brown's accomplice Dorian Johnson due to credibility issues and impeachable statements?

CLAYTON • The grand jury considering whether Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson should be criminally charged in the shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown now has until Jan. 7 to decide.

The extension of the grand jurors’ term of duty does not necessarily mean the job will take that long, officials said. But it could.

There is significant apprehension, especially along the West Florissant Avenue business strip hit by looting and rioting after the killing Aug. 9, that violence might return if the grand jury does not send Wilson to trial for something. Some activists have threatened as much.

A St. Louis County grand jury usually sits for four months, a period that for the current panel expired last week. State law provides for a term of up to six months, which moves the date to November. On Sept. 10, Circuit Judge Carolyn Whittington issued an order adding 60 days more.

“She extended it to the full amount allowed by law,” Court Administrator Paul Fox said Monday. But he said the grand jury will keeping meeting until Jan. 7 only if it needs to.

Perhaps if they find no cause in January the PTB are hoping it will be cold enough that the instigators and their minions will be too comfortable in their lazy chairs to loot stores, burn police cars, attack white people in the name of "Frowny Face Mike Brown" and/or chant for the death of a police officer.

The "evidence" that is coming to light is getting more and more complicated. (and daft and clearly "embellished") I don't envy the jury, and I can see how they would need more time (They only meet one day a week).

I do hope that LE (and FBI) use this time to do a PROPER investigation. If it does go to trial there should be no excuse for the shonky investigation we have seen in past trials (almost always). If it doesn't go to trial (which I expect) The investigation needs to show why
