The audio "excerpt" seems to me to be Crumped up rubbish.
The one-sided "convo" sounds scripted and fake to me.
At the very least it needs to be heard in context.... within at least several minutes of the alleged sexting episode.
How can anybody be taking this seriously given the example of Crump's "hand-held" Dictaphone recorder catching and editing snippets of Rachel Jeantel phone interview?

The far left Color of Change organization is calling on GoFundMe to take down the Officer Darren Wilson fundraising page and return all profits raised from the Darren Wilson donors.



Color of Change was started in 2005 by far left radicals Van Jones and James Rucker. The mission of the group is to “strengthen black America’s political voice” even if that means promoting a convenience store robber.

Sooner or later someone in the mainstream media is going to catch on to the reality that Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump have a grievance manual which they follow to get their financial rewards. This audio came from Daryl Parks to the FBI and CNN.
(Breitbart) [...] CNN’s timing of the release made perfect sense. The leftwing network dropped the audio the day after treating the funeral of Michael Brown as though he was a head of state. With the death porn concluded and the Ferguson streets quiet, CNN needed to fill the race-baiting vacuum with something.

This is the second time CNN has been unforgivably irresponsible with audio. Using unintelligible audio of George Zimmerman’s 911 call, CNN falsely claimed Zimmerman had described Trayvon Martin as a “fucking coon” before fatally shooting the teenager. CNN not only fabricated this evidence against Zimmerman, after it was proven Zimmerman didn’t use the racial slur, CNN continued to lie to its audience and claim he had.

I'm amazed an outfit like CNN can get away with stuff like this, possibly it's because of the very nature and size of the outfit, that in fact they seem to get cart blanche on cases like this to insinuate as factual, that which is fiction.

Yet she says she’s “not going to tolerate” the treatment she received this morning on CNN’s “New Day” morning program. As reported on this blog, a CNN law-enforcement commentator, Tom Fuentes, said of an audiotape whose release Blumenthal had negotiated with CNN on Monday: “When I heard this yesterday, I thought the exact same thing — it’s a hoax,” said Fuentes, who clarified that he was ultimately unsure of its status.

Audio of gunfire in Michael Brown case authenticated by app company

A previously unverified audio recording that allegedly captures the final moments of Michael Brown’s life has been verified as authentic, according to the video streaming application it was recorded on.

A resident living in the apartment complex where Brown was killed was using a video messaging app called Glide at the time of the shooting and unwittingly captured the sound of gunfire, according to a lawyer representing the resident, whose identity has not been released.

The recording suggests nearly a dozen shots were fired in an altercation between Brown, who was unarmed at the time, and Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

According to Glide the recording was created at 12:02 p.m. CT on Saturday Aug. 9, precisely the time police say Brown was shot.

“A Glide user living nearby (whose identity is being protected) was simply using the Glide app on their smartphone exactly as it was designed – to instantly communicate with a friend through our real-time video texting service. Simultaneously, they also captured audio in the background of the gunshots allegedly fired at Michael Brown,” Glide said in a statement released on Thursday. “Because Glide is the only messaging application using streaming video technology, each message is simultaneously recorded and transmitted, so the exact time can be verified to the second.”

The lawyer, Lupa Blumenthal, said she has shared the recording with the FBI.

Five Ferguson protesters sue police for $41.5 million over arrests

ST. LOUIS • A federal lawsuit filed Thursday against police and the governments of Ferguson and St. Louis County seeks $41.5 million on behalf of five protesters who say that they were arrested and beaten, tear-gassed or shot with rubber bullets.

The suit was filed by the Black Lawyers for Justice, of Washington, D.C. against Ferguson, St. Louis County, and the police chiefs of both, as well as named and unnamed police officers for police actions between Aug. 10 and 13.

Its president and founder, Malik Z. Shabazz, said in a press conference that "police were completely out of control" and "used excessive force on a regular basis," calling it "virtually a police riot." Shabazz said that although the suit was filed on behalf of "the Ferguson Five," he expects others arrested during the protests to join the suit.

Ferguson and St. Louis County officials could not be reached for comment Thursday afternoon.
