There are no front to back entrance and correlating exit wounds and no bullets found in the arm.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden performed a rush autopsy on Michael Brown August 17, 2014 on the request of the Brown family and Attorney Benjamin Crump. Nothing on the autopsy coincides with the testimony of witness Darion Johnson, the man who was with Brown when the fatal altercation with Officer Darren Wilson occurred, except seeing blood on Michael Brown's shirt when the gun went off inside Officer Wilson's car. Certainly not the dramatic shot to the back while Brown was running. Baden said one of the bullets likely entered, left, and reentered the body up to five times. In MY OPINION, if Brown's hands were UP, the bullet could not possibly have traveled through his arm to his right chest area, as is indicated on the diagram. Baden never indicates Brown was shot in the chest. 1- enter upper arm-exit upper arm 2 enter right chest area. Another bullet entered eye, traveled to jaw and neck (although I am not sure the latter would be considered entering and exiting). We don't know if the bullet wound in his hand was from inside the officer's car because that information has not been released. If this was a close range shot, I'm going to wager he was shot in the hand trying to get the officer's gun.

County investigation: Michael Brown was shot from the front, had marijuana in his system

Michael Brown was shot in the head and chest multiple times, according to Mary Case, the St. Louis County medical examiner.

While Case declined to comment further, citing the ongoing investigation into Brown’s death, another person familiar with the county’s investigation told The Washington Post that Brown had between six and eight gunshot wounds and was shot from the front.

In addition, Brown had marijuana in his system when he was shot and killed by a police officer on Aug. 9 in Ferguson, according to this person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation.

The report from Case’s office was released to the St. Louis County prosecutor’s office on Friday night but has not been made public. This report is part of the county’s official investigation into the shooting, but it is one of three autopsies being conducted.

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – Missouri Governor Nixon ordered the National Guard into a St. Louis suburb early Monday morning. Over the past week demonstrations have erupted over the police shooting death of Michael Brown. Monday night was a test to see how those protesters and military police would interact.

Peaceful protests began early in the evening near the Family Dollar in Ferguson. St. Louis rapper Nelly arrived to speak to the crowds. Media, protesters and fans gathered around him as he spoke. He told protesters that they had every right to have their voices heard. But, they shouldn’t break the law.

The burned QuikTrip was a focal point for protesters. Police set up a perimeter around the gas station and told protester to keep moving. If they didn’t comply they would be arrested.

Protesters marched up ad down West Florissant Avenue in Ferguson until about 9:30pm. That is when the mood in the area seemed to change. Protesters threw bottles at police. Officers responded by charging at the protesters. They asked the crowds to stop harassing them, and the protesters heeded their call.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri. The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.

A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.

The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.

That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.

However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence. They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself. In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized.

So CNN is joining in showing that things are not so slam dunk it seems. I heard the woman named Josie who said he was rushing toward the officer and now it seems they have more witnesses who saw that. But those who say Brown was not rushing the officer are saying the other side is trumping up these stories.

When I went to bed there was still somewhat of a calm situation in Ferguson and the human chain seemed to be helping. But then I see things changed again. So disgusting and it's probably mostly people from out of the area that cause a lot of trouble. I remember the riots of '68 in Chicago and we were on the fringes but still dodged some bullets. So disgusting!
