Crump's latest shyster move is to try and get Dr Baden to testify to the grand jury: Baden said he wants a gunshot residue report as well as several pieces of evidence to draw his own conclusions. He said is willing to testify to his findings before a grand jury deciding whether to charge the officer who shot Brown.

"Gunshot residue can look very similar to ordinary dirt on the ground and his hand, for four hours, was on the ground," Baden said. "So dirt on the ground, the body being moved when they were putting him in the body bag could create the microscopic appearance of gunshot residue." http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nati ... /18154107/

“One Ferguson” working on change from within
Posted 11:47 pm, October 29, 2014, by Andy Banker, Updated at 11:55pm, October 29, 2014

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – There were strong words from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder about Ferguson Wednesday. He said “wholesale change” was needed in the police department. The comments came after sources told Fox 2 and CNN Tuesday, that local, state, and federal leaders were working on a plan for a major change in Ferguson. But, a group of residents calling themselves “One Ferguson” said the real change would be coming from within.

“I’ve never seen people come together like this black, white, brown, blue, whatever,” veteran protester Alexis Templeton, a young woman in her early 20’s, said at the meeting. “I’m really proud of you all, as a young person. It’s good to see the old generation finally step up and step up and get behind this. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to call you all old,” she said, the crowd erupting in laughter with her.

St. Louis County prosecutor: Grand jury didn’t leak autopsy
10/30/14 12:58 PM—Updated 10/30/14 01:49 PM
By Trymaine Lee

St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch says the grand jury currently hearing evidence in the shooting death of unarmed black teen Michael Brown Jr. by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri is not the source of recent leaks to the media.

In a statement released on Thursday morning, McCulloch said the grand jury has released no information or evidence from the case, and refuted speculation that information recently published in the New York Times and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, that seemed to support Wilson’s narrative of the Aug. 9 killing, came from the grand jury.

“Even a cursory reading of the news articles reporting the information refutes that claim,” McClloch said. “As exasperating as I and others find the piecemeal release of information and documents, no information or evidence has been released by the grand jury, any individual juror or anyone associated with the grand jury.

“Whoever is releasing this information is doing great disservice to the grand jury process,” McCulloch continued. “Additionally, anyone suggesting that the integrity of the entire grand jury process has been destroyed is wrong, irresponsible and does a great disservice to the public.”

Dorian Johnson has yet another new story where he now admits Mike Brown attacked Darren Wilson INSIDE the police car. The funny thing is Dorian insisting that hisnew story is completely consistent with with all his other stories.

Ferguson Store Owners: Customers ‘Too Scared’ to Bring Business to the Area
Benjamin Fearnow
October 30, 2014 12:22 PM

FERGUSON, Mo. (CBS ST. LOUIS) - Businesses in Ferguson say they are “going to wait and see” how to sustain what has been a tumultuous few months of riots and dramatically reduced revenue, with some local store owners saying customers are “too scared” to bring their business to the area.

Local stores and businesses throughout Ferguson expressed feelings of frustration and uncertainty as many have boarded-up windows, increased security measures and lost thousands of dollars in revenue amid protests stemming from the Aug. 9 police shooting death of Michael Brown. Many businesses said they will just have to wait and see what happens ahead of an expected November ruling on whether or not to indict officer Darren Wilson.

“We’ve lost $200 to $300 in business nightly, people are afraid to pick up in the night, after dark,” said Tammy Cao of the Hunan Chop Suey Chinese Restaurant. “People are too scared at night … I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.”

If Caucasians were still in charge of the government
and not bigoted blacks with scores to settle --
and the families of law enforcement agents were
targeted by terrorist actions like these --
all the outraged forces of American justice
would be targeted against these Anonymous cretins--
and they would be hunted down and destroyed.

But not with this administration in control.
Not with Obama and Holder aligned with Brown Ferguson.
Not after the filter of their racial bigotry makes it impossible for them
to see the world objectively.

And I see no light at the end of the Black-White divide.
Or the Republican-Democratic divide.
Or the Youth-Age divide.
I see America splintering before my eyes --
the values that cemented us in joined purpose in the 1940s
flying apart like pieces of shrapnel captured in slo-mo --

Bye bye American Pie --
Hello Balkanization...

Enough said -- :53

The Mike Brown shooting death and Officer Wilson are largely forgotten as silly little "Hamas" activist boy Bassem Masri continues to dominate the Ferguson news.

They look to be related

Police investigating assault & felony robbery following fight among Michael Brown`s family
Posted 10:46 pm, November 5, 2014, by Chris Hayes

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – FOX 2 has just obtained the incident report involving a reported assault and robbery first exposed in the Fox Files. Chris Hayes obtained it after a hearing in St. Louis County Court.

It went to Court because Michael Brown`s Mom, Lesley McSpadden, asked police not to release the incident report. The City Attorney for Ferguson, Stephanie Karr, wanted to be sensitive while still following the law. So she took it to Judge Maura McShane who said the report needed to be released, according to the law.

It involves a reported felony robbery with a weapon, October 18th in the parking lot of Red`s BBQ. It`s the corner of Canfield and West Florissant, just blocks from where Michael Brown was shot and killed.

According to the newly released Ferguson police report, several people, including Brown`s paternal grandmother, Pearlie Gordon, were selling ‘Justice for Mike Brown merchandise.’

Then at about 1:20 pm, cars pulled up and 20-30 people ‘jumped out’ and ‘rushed them.’ One of those people was Michael Brown`s Mom, Lesley McSpadden, who is quoted yelling, ‘you can`t sell this s%$&.’

The report says Brown`s grandma was ‘repeatedly struck in the back of the head by an unknown subject’ and ‘knocked to the ground.’ The report adds that McSpadden ‘then ran up and punched (grandma).’

The report also mentions a witness who shot cell phone video of the entire fight, however police report they haven`t been able to convince that witness to hand over the video.

The police dispatch report shows officers arrived in under four minutes and that EMS took one man to the hospital, Mike Brown`s cousin Tony Petty, who was helping sell the merchandise. Crime scene techs took pictures of Petty’s face, after someone reportedly struck him with a pipe.

Michael Brown's Mother Named As Robbery Attacker
Violent ransacking prompted by sale of commemorative goods

NOVEMBER 6--A police report detailing a fight last month between members of Michael Brown’s family over the sale of commemorative t-shirts identifies the late teenager’s mother as one of the “attackers” who beat and robbed vendors selling the merchandise from a tent in a Ferguson, Missouri parking lot.

A copy of the Ferguson Police Department report was provided yesterday by city attorney Stephanie Karr. When TSG requested the document two weeks ago, Karr noted that Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, was “described in the report” and had “specifically requested that the report be withheld from the media.”

Karr added, “Knowing this, do you still want a copy of the report?”

The violent October 18 ransacking--which police have classified as felony armed robbery--remains under active investigation, said Karr. “No charges have been filed yet and no decision about charges will be made until the investigation is concluded,” the lawyer told TSG yesterday.

The police probe of the attack, which left one victim hospitalized, is occurring at the same time a grand jury is weighing possible criminal charges against the Ferguson cop who shot the unarmed Brown during an August confrontation.

Prosecutor updates Ferguson grand jury timeline
Grand jury still hearing evidence in case against Officer Darren Wilson
Published 6:29 AM CST Nov 05, 2014

ST. LOUIS —St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch said a grand jury will likely hear evidence until mid-to-late November before deciding whether a white Ferguson police officer will face charges in the fatal shooting of a black 18-year-old.
