Williams was brought in to divert attention off Johnson and onto Wilson

Ferguson shooting witness represented by prominent New Orleans attorney
By Robert McClendon, NOLA.com
August 22, 2014 at 2:20 PM

A prominent New Orleans attorney now represents the eyewitness at the center of the investigation into the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo.

Dorian Johnson, 22, who was with Brown when he was shot to death by a police officer, has hired James Williams and a St. Louis-based partner.

Williams' firm of Gauthier, Houghtaling and Williams has a St. Louis office, where it operates as Bosley Williams. Freeman Bosley Jr., William's partner in the Johnson case, was St. Louis' first black mayor.

Williams is in St. Louis, and made the media circuit Friday (Aug. 22) to redirect attention from his client and toward the officer who shot Brown, Darren Wilson.

Johnson said in interviews immediately after the shooting that Wilson shot Brown as he was running away.

Skeptics have assailed Johnson's credibility, pointing to a prior arrest for lying to officers. They also note that a recently released autopsy shows that Wilson's bullets struck Brown from the front, which they say contradicts Johnson's story.

Williams defended Johnson's credibility.

Ferguson Missouri: Introducing Mike Brown Friend “Tyrone” aka “Ty da shooter”…
Posted on August 23, 2014 by sundance

Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood

There’s a significant amount of media effort currently airing while trying to convince you that Ferguson Missouri is a relative Mayberryesque outlying suburb of Saint Louis.

The reason for playing up the peaceful community angle is part of the optic. Painting an easier picture that Officer Darren Wilson was responding in an over aggressive manner to a moderate or innocuous threat presented toward him.

Image

Toward that end optical controller Captain Ron Johnson has even displayed 2am sock puppets made with crayons while the peaceful protestors paraded down West Florissant Avenue, the main thoroughfare. Soon to “give give this community back to the citizens of Ferguson“. Nothing to fear here, move along, move along.

The “citizens of Ferguson” says Johnson. As we review the social media network of “BigMike Brown” we find another aspect that doesn’t play well when contrast against the Saint Swisher of Sweets narrative within the “citizens of Ferguson“.

Here’s a video on the street with the “citizens of Ferguson”, actually five days after the shooting incident filmed August 14th. You’ll identify ‘Big Mikes’ friend, Tyrone, aka “Ty da shooter”, as he proudly walks amid the protesting crowd and displays his handgun (under his hoodie) while narrating about the homeboy’s blood:

The 30 round extended magazine is a nice accessory. {{Don Lemon Headdesk}}

So this begs the question, what was Officer Darren Wilson prepared to encounter as he rolled up on Dorian Johnson and “Big Mike” Brown walking down the middle of the street ? After all, Officer Wilson had been in this specific precinct for several years and was quite familiar with the neighborhood.

What Michael Brown's autopsy tells us
By Judy Melinek
August 21, 2014 -- Updated 1200 GMT (2000 HKT)

Editor's note: Judy Melinek, MD, is a forensic pathologist who served as a medical examiner at the Manhattan Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for two years. She is the co-author of "Working Stiff" (Scribner). The opinions expressed in this commentary are solely those of the author.

(CNN) -- Michael Brown, Eric Garner and John Crawford all have one thing in common: It's not just that they were unarmed men of color killed by police officers -- it's that the responsibility to investigate each of their deaths fell to a medical examiner.

"Partial Autopsies Yield Partial Answers"
Thursday, August 21, 2014

"Partial autopsies yield partial answers" Dr. Charles Hirsch taught me as a young doctor during my forensic pathology fellowship training in New York City, in 2001-2003. This was one of scores of aphorisms we called "Hirschisms," which he employed to instruct us about forensic pathology. Another one was, "Don't confuse the autopsy with the death investigation."

Both come to mind this week in the wake of the release of the findings of the second Michael Brown autopsy, conducted by Shawn Parcells and Dr. Michael Baden. The body diagram they released to the press in the New York Times has now been altered into the "Hands up! Don't Shoot!" pose and is trending on Twitter.

Image

The wounds are clustered closer together, so it must be "realistic," right?

No.

This is click bait—a picture that you can retweet easily without thinking about it much. This "tweaked" diagram is a grossly inaccurate portrayal of the victim's body position. The horizontal graze wound near the elbow is missing entirely; the top of the head wound doesn't make sense unless the victim is leaning forward; and the diagnonal graze wound on the right thumb would not occur if the right hand were up in this way—the graze wound has to be in line with the gun barrel, which means the hand was possibly extended forward toward the officer. That's assuming you trust the diagram.

And that's where my experience as a forensic pathologist and death investigator makes me ask a few questions:

Shawn Parcells makes national news with Michael Brown autopsy
August 21, 2014 By The Pathology Blawg

Mr. Shawn Parcells made national news this week when he participated in the second autopsy of Michael Brown, whose shooting death by local police on August 9, 2014 sparked significant ongoing unrest in Ferguson, Missouri.
Background

I first wrote about Mr. Parcells in May 2013 after an article in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch discussed concerns some Missouri prosecuting attorneys and county coroners had that Mr. Parcells, who only has a Bachelor’s degree, was performing unsupervised forensic autopsies without the appropriate qualifications. Readers can refer to my earlier article or the Post-Dispatch piece for details.

Mr. Parcells contacted me via email a few weeks after my article went out and stated he wanted to “clear the air and present the truth”. I called him back and we spoke for about 10 or 15 minutes, and then he provided me with a written rebuttal to the Post-Dispatch story.

Fast forward to August 2014. After 18 year old Michael Brown was killed by Officer Darren Wilson, St. Louis County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Mary Case performed an autopsy. The family (or its attorney) then requested a second, private autopsy.

I was not the least bit surprised to see the family had asked Dr. Baden to perform the second autopsy, as there are very few forensic pathologists in this day and age who have the visibility and name recognition Dr. Baden has.

But I was very surprised to see Shawn Parcells standing on Dr. Baden’s right during the press conference in which the results of the second autopsy were revealed.

Confirmed: non-credentialed and unlicensed Shawn Parcells did "unofficial" Mike Brown autopsy prior to Baden Arrival of 8/17/14.

'Warranted and justified': Supporters rally behind Darren Wilson claim shooting of Michael Brown was unavoidable as they say death threats won't stop their campaign

  • Rally for Officer Darren Wilson declares him innocent until proven guilty today in Ferguson, Missouri
  • A GoFundMe page called 'Support Officer Darren Wilson' raised over $235,000 in just four days
  • Meanwhile, a GoFundMe page on behalf of Michael Brown's family has raised over $168,900

Officer Darren Wilson's supporters staged a public rally on Saturday in Ferguson where they claimed Michael Brown's death was 'warranted and justified' and promised the cop their 'unwavering support.'

Having successfully raised $235,000 online for the controversial officer, The Support Officer Darren Campaign has become far more vocal in recent days, with the outdoor rally attracting a sizeable crowd in the bright afternoon sun.

Addressed by a woman who, in a symbolic gesture of solidarity, declared her name was Darren Wilson, shared her supporters opinion that the Ferguson officer is the victim in the story.

The Ever Evolving Mike Brown Family Autopsy Story Takes More Sunlight… “Media Evidence” 2012 and Again 2014
Posted on August 23, 2014 by sundance

Apparently there are more than a few curious minds who have caught on to the Scheme Team concept of “Manufactured Media Evidence”.

Back in 2012 we first discovered the term “Media Evidence”; a rather odd twist on terminology generally used when outlining the discovery of fact in a pre-trial investigation of unlawful activity.

However, in 2012 two civil rights attorney’s, Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump, coined the phrase as they needed to bring pressure on local Florida officials for an arrest in the Trayvon Martin shooting.

Facing a Police Chief, Bill Lee, who was stating (March 12th 2012) nothing existed in the investigation to dispute the self defense statements of George Zimmerman; and against the local prosecutor, Norm Wolfinger, also espousing the same judicial issues, Parks and Crump needed something, anything, to support their pleas for an arrest.

Media Evidence is not factually evidence per se’, it’s more of a constructed storyline -made to give the appearance of fact- so that a consuming legacy media will continue to advance their goals of arrest. In 2012 Ear Witness #8, then sold as the anonymous “Dee Dee” -girlfriend of Trayvon Martin- provided the best example of constructing media evidence.

So the white house makes no appearance at the funeral of the decorated general killed in afghanistan but are sending 3 representative to the funeral of a strong arm robber : Three White House officials will attend the funeral Monday of Michael Brown, the unarmed Ferguson teen shot and killed by a police officer Aug. 9.

According to a White House official, Broderick Johnson, who heads the White House’s My Brother’s Keeper Task Force, will attend the service along with Marlon Marshall, a St. Louis native who attended high school with Brown’s mother. Heather Foster, who works with Marshall in the White House Office of Public Engagement, will also be in the pews at Brown’s funeral. http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post ... s-funeral/
