Joy-Ann Reid and Goldie Taylor Find The Root Problem In Ferguson…. (#52, 53, 54, 55)
Posted on August 21, 2014 by sundance

Five days ago we shared how the media “scheme” to continue pressure on Ferguson local authorities would follow a specific pattern. A specific pattern replete with specific media people -associated within the Parks and Crump network- would each carryout a specific role. We wrote:

…”Ms. Robles works closely with former Herald cohort and now MSNBC host Joy-Ann Reid. You’ll see various assemblies of coordinated media strategy showing on the pages and TV screens of Frances Robles, Joy-Ann Reid, Al Sharpton, Goldie Taylor and their network affiliates. This is how they control the narrative”…. ~ CTH August 18th

The grievance industry is nothing if not networked and predictable.

At the time we shared New York Times writer Frances Robles would lead to MSNBC host, Joy-Ann Reid, and Reid would pull in Goldie Taylor. Here’s today:

Should prosecutor in Brown killing step down? His Dad was a cop killed by a black man.

Don't Expect the Feds to Find Much in Ferguson 08/18/2014

FERGUSON, MO – The DOJ should be investigating, but it's exceedingly unlikely they can prosecute a civil-rights violation.

On August 9, Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager, was shot and killed by a Ferguson, Mo., police officer. While multiple investigations are underway, it is clear that there are competing, if not totally contradictory, versions of the events leading up to the shooting. The reaction to the shooting has been both emotional and predictable. The community in Ferguson, where police-community relations were apparently strained even before the incident, sees another case of an unarmed black youth gunned down by the police, and demand "justice," including prosecution of the officer for murder, or in the alternative, prosecution by the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for violation of Brown's civil rights.

Such a prosecution is possible, but for a couple of reasons, at this point, seems exceedingly unlikely.

Attorney General Holder has already jumped into the fray, making a statement noting that the FBI, coordinating with the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, is "supplementing, not supplanting" local investigations, and is evaluating the Brown case for possible prosecution. Many in the civil-rights community look to the DOJ to step in because they distrust local officials and will not trust a local investigation that clears, or even declines to prosecute, the Ferguson police officer who shot Michael Brown.

This call for a federal role is consistent with the history of the civil-rights movement, when federal authorities often clashed with recalcitrant local officials who refused to enforce civil-rights laws or even, as was the case in the murder of civil-rights activists Chaney, Goodman, and Schwerner depicted in the movie Mississippi Burning, were active conspirators and participants in heinous crimes undertaken to deny African Americans their civil rights.

In the short term, the pressure to be seen as "doing something" — with the laudable goal of calming a community such as Ferguson — makes statements such the one made by Holder all but inevitable.

Star Witness In Michael Brown Shooting Charged With Theft, Filing False Police Report
By Larry O'Connor

Image

Dorian Johnson, the primary witness to the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, has an outstanding warrant for a 2011 theft in Jefferson City and pleaded guilty for filing a false police report related to that theft.

St. Louis ABC affiliate ABC 17 cross referenced Johnson’s name against several records and discovered the warrant.

Johnson will be the star witness for any potential prosecution proceedings against Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Brown. Johnson was walking with Brown when the shooting occurred.

He has already done multiple media appearances where he falsely claimed Brown was shot by Wilson in the back. He also has claimed that Brown never reached for Wilson’s gun, was “shot like an animal” and that Brown had his hands up and told Wilson he was unarmed.

Johnson’s claims helped inspire the protests and riots in Ferguson over the past 10 days, as well as the “Hands up, don’t shoot” rallying cry of the protesters and their supporters.

Shawn Parcells’ credentials, role in Michael Brown autopsy questioned by doctors
Posted 7:42 pm, August 19, 2014, by Shannon O'Brien

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man is now front and center in the controversial shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. Shawn Parcells owns a company that provides autopsy services, and some in the forensic community are taking issue with his involvement in this or any other case.

Parcells owns National Forensic Autopsy and Recovery Services. He says lawyers for the family of Michael Brown contacted him because of his expertise in gunshot wounds.

“I am a forensic pathologist assistant and medical investigator,” Parcells told FOX 4’s Shannon O’Brien.

However, that’s something of a dubious title according to forensic pathologist Dr. Erik Mitchell.

“That is a degree that does not exist in my knowledge, except in the mind of Shawn Parcells,” Dr. Mitchell said.

Dr. Mitchell takes issue with Parcells’ title.

“You cannot claim the title, because it is a formal, licensable position. You can assist somebody; in this way I can say, for instance, I have paid my taxes, so I am an assistant President of the United States,” Dr. Mitchell said.

Two Weeks Later and Ferguson Prosecutors Have Not Interviewed Officer Wilson…
Posted on August 21, 2014 by sundance

Of course they haven’t; no need to. Just stay home – we’ll give you a call and tell you when your appointment date is for the gallows….

(Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.

Raging Liberals Are Apopleptic With Moonbat Rage Over Financial Support For Officer Darren Wilson…
Posted on August 22, 2014 by sundance

As of right now the support page for Police Officer Darren Wilson has raised over $190,000 and growing. People around the nation are awake to the propaganda within the culture of rabid hate within the professional grievance industry.

People like Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton can only exist within a system that allows them to rage against people for fallacious reasons. The constructs of hate are always manipulated by people who derive financial benefit and power from the targeting it creates as a specific consequence.

Their latest chosen target is Police Officer Darren Wilson. But something is different this time, people are aware of the scheme and how it’s constructed. The Scheme Team did not wait long enough between exploits. Hence, you see strong support for Officer Wilson – and thousands of people willing to send money to assist – Donation Page HERE.

But that has really touched a nerve amid the professional Moonbat crowd.

Some guy named Shaun King, founder of Upfront Media Group, is leading the charge to have a GoFundMe page supporting Ferguson, Mo., Officer Darren Wilson taken down. He’s absolutely raving loon about it.

very interesting video that gives some details about the second autopsy.
1) It is performed in a funeral home, which means the body was already old and cut up
2) the injury on the right palm could be some thing that occurred while they were struggling for the gun. In order to hit that kind of parallel shot while a target is running, the police officer has to be an expert marksman. It seems to be made when the gun was parallel to the palm.
3) the most critical part that shows he was possibly running was the shot that went from the face to the chest. In order to achieve such shot, the victim’s face has to be in some kind of plane that is parallel to the ground or the cop was crazy enough to get close to him and shot him vertically, but it does not seem to be it is possible.
4) final though is the report is basically useless because they were already working with an old specimen, had no clothes to check with and did not checked any fluids. No wonder that official medical examiner was pissed off as heck after she saw this clown show.
5) boden looked scared when he was surrounded by the lawyers.

LAWSUIT: Why We Sued St. Louis County Court To Get Michael Brown’s Juvenile Arrest Records
August 22, 2014 by Charles C. Johnson

Got News filed a lawsuit against St. Louis County court today to obtain the juvenile arrest records of Michael Brown after the court denied his request. Brown was killed in a controversial altercation with Officer Darren Wilson.

Got News editor-in-chief Charles C. Johnson was told by two different law enforcement sources from St. Louis that Brown had a juvenile arrest record but that that report has been kept from the public.

There are rumors that Brown was also a member of the Crips, a notorious gang and that his death may have even brought two gangs—the Crips and the Bloods—together.

To find out if those police officers are correct requires seeing Brown’s juvenile arrest record, which ought to be freely available given that he is dead and therefore has no right to privacy remaining. Press reports say that Brown has no “adult arrest record” but how could he have one? He was only eighteen for a few months.

Knowing the truth about Brown’s past will help us gauge the credibility of his parents and family who have called him a “gentle giant.” Brown’s strong-arm robbery of a shopkeeper would seem to put the lie to this narrative but it remains. Brown’s friends—who have changed their story already—are similarly untrustworthy in the accounts they have given.

The only thing that we do have is the public record but unfortunately the St. Louis County court doesn’t want it released. It’s irresponsible to keep that information from the public if it changes the public’s mind of the character of Michael Brown.

It’s especially irresponsible given what’s happening in Ferguson.

Mike Brown "Shot In The Top Of His Head" – Eric Holder Should Be Familiar With Defensive Shots To The Head – Specifically To The Top of The Head…
Posted on August 22, 2014 by sundance

Major Hat Tip to Treeper 'Legion of One' who remembered a recent FBI shooting with considerable familiarity to the current shooting death of Mike Brown.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder seems quite attached to persuing a civil rights investigation into the shooting death of Mike Brown. Part of his investigative reasoning revolves around accusations from the Brown family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks.

The family attorney’s are claiming that 6'4", 300lb, 18-year-old, "Big Mike" Brown was "executed". To support their claim they point to a recent autopsy they commissioned, and information they released, which reflects "Big Mike" Brown was shot six times, and one of those shots was to the top of his head.

According to Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump there is no way such a shot could be received if Officer Darren Wilson was simply shooting from a distance in self defense.

However, we’ve discovered a recent incident that could wipe out that claim entirely.

Ironically, an incident General Eric Holder should have much recent familiarity with.

With the Parks and Crump accusations in mind, and with the FBI investigation ongoing, we’d like to bring a recently released shooting investigation to your attention. We are 100% certain the profile of this comparative case is well known by Attorney General Eric Holder.

I am just posting because I have watched the shooting of this man, and could hardly believe what I was watching.
No sooner had the police turned up than this man was dead, yet they handcuffed him, I think we can guess why!

It's disgusting, and I am totally surprised that more has not been made of this. We live in a time when things can be video'd in real time, as they happen, there are phones all over the place, so how anyone can deny this happened, in the manner it happened, is beyond me.

But, I am so pleased that our Police over here are not armed on a day to day basis.

Also it has to be considered that Officer Wilson had just been violently attacked with such force that he had a fractured skull and was probably stunned and seeing stars from the head trauma. So it is very understandable he would not be disposed to put up with any more sh#t from the felon who had only seconds before so violently battered him that the attack is easily in the realm of attempted murder. The taunting by the thug who was coming back to finish the job on the officer was an engraved invitation and justifiable homicide cause to be shot dead and the only deficiency about the officer’s performance is that the thug wasn’t shot even sooner, before he was able to injure the officer severely. No armed person would or should give any potential threatening assailant the advantage of taking a free shot at them before responding, and likely never would give such advantage of a first strike to a potential assailant as prerequisite to self defense. The “surprise attack” is the oldest trick in the book, and when a potential attacker is suddenly “closing the distance” instead of politely respecting the space of another person, particularly an armed person, …..it is already a situation that requires defensive response because that “interception” is an overtly threatening provocation and usual precursor to a violent attack. A potential victim of a violent assault does not need to wait for an attack to make good the inflicting of injuries upon them that break their bones where mayhem is the intent to render them stunned and defenseless …..but reasonably a person can infer by the aggressive closing of distance that an attack is imminent and is sufficient cause already to pull the trigger. If a potential attacker is allowed a free pass to take their best shot first, then that first blow may by itself be disabling or fatal so that the victim is unable to respond. So no quarter should be given to a potential attacker as if trusting they won’t kill a victim over whom they are prevailing. In the real world that “raging bull” is going to kill the matador if they can. The better strategy for winning the fight is not to first let the bull gore you and then to see how things proceed.
