I am not watching this game.. just following scorecard... so I I have not got a "feel for it"

From just the scores it looks evenly poised.. either side could win. (or it could be a draw)

There seems to have been a lot of lost overs that there is no attempt to make up.. it would be a shame if they simply ran out of time and it ended in a draw.

Again... I am not watching this game to get a "feel" for it.

The bare numbers on paper....

SA still require 280 runs with only 6 wickets in hand... on a pitch that is 5 days old and likely deteriorated considerably.

England should be able to take 6 wickets on a 5th day pitch

And so score a victory.

But..... Cricket is a funny old game....

There are 90 overs to be played.. SA need 280 to win ... that is a mere 3.1 runs per over.

Easy Peasy... sort of target in an ODI or T20

AB De Villiers Is ONE of the players still at the crease.....he alone has been known (once) to score 100 off 31 balls... Gnomesayin?
