Finch out... just as well... with dicky ham-string... for his own sake...he is at risk of making it worse.. and for teams sake.. he is liable to miss out on runs, or end up running himself out (or his partner)

OOPS! not Finch out... the other guy :wall

NOW Finch is out... GOOD.

He should have retired hurt.. or at least stood his ground and hit boundaries only (or get out)

The frustrating thing is.. Australia doing exactly what they did last game.... and lost.

Just to go on a bit... it comes down to Australia requiring 2 big overs.. last 2 overs.

Why o why not do that early on with BEST batsmen in?

When commentators say from the outset "Teams can score 10/o for last 10"... they are fibbing... That does happen... but not something you can rely on.

After the defeat in Adelaide, Aaron Finch claimed responsibility for the wickets of David Warner and Steve Smith because he said he had put pressure on them by slowing down. However, when he got out, Finch was 44 off 33, which was not a bad strike rate in that chase. Batsmen who back themselves push their strike rates up in no time in T20 cricket, but Finch tried shots that were too adventurous and may feel under pressure keeping in mind he is the captain. Plus there is Khawaja gunning for a place at the top of the order.

Watson is captain.

Wade, Warner and Smith are in New Zealand preparing for tour of NZ series.

I am really hoping Aus bats first so I can see some of it. Otherwise ... don't know if I can stay awake.
